Shipping policy

Trail Saint Tallow currently ships within the United States only. This allows us to maintain consistent service, protect personal privacy, and continue producing our products in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates, available carriers, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Trail Saint Tallow is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

Due to the nature of small-batch, handcrafted products, we do not offer local pickup and do not list a physical business address on this website. At this time, international shipping is not available.
